DESCRIPTION:
The DOS-Drive is available in different versions to suit various industrial applications where flexible, reliable exchange of data between devices, machines and systems is required. Our offerings include external, internal and 19" systems.

Typical Applications:
  • Manufacturing: Installation of machines, production control, data recording and monitoring
  • Positioning: Recording of vehicle data, navigation systems, guiding systems
  • Data Records: For connection to scales and data acquisition systems


UNIVERSAL DATA FORMAT FOR PC CARDS
The DOS-Drive uses a simple serial communication protocol to write data onto PC Cards. It will automatically generate a DOS file format (FAT16) so that the stored data can be read with a standard PC Card reader or the existing PC Card slot on laptop computers.
The DOS FAT file format is commonly used and can be processed with most computer systems under various operating systems. Memory cards with DOS FAT file format can be directly handled and do not require data conversion.

  • User defined file names, up to 16 files can be opened at the same time
